What an estate cleanout covers
We load and haul away furniture, appliances, basement and garage contents, and general household items, for a whole house or only the rooms you choose. You tell us what stays; we take what goes and leave the space clean.
Before we arrive
- Pull out paperwork, photos, jewelry, keys and anything the family wants to keep, and set it aside in one marked room.
- If an executor, family members or a realtor are coordinating from out of town, photos are usually enough for a first quote. Text them to (508) 328-8317.
- Mention stairs, tight driveways or anything very heavy so we can plan for it.
How pricing works
Every cleanout is different, so we quote each one. Most quotes start from photos or a phone call, and the price is confirmed with you on site before any work begins.
Massachusetts disposal rules
Massachusetts bans mattresses, textiles, large appliances, metal, and several other materials from disposal in landfills and incinerators (MassDEP waste bans; mattresses and textiles were added November 1, 2022). That matters in a cleanout, because a house usually holds plenty of these items. We haul it and dispose of it properly.
